Organisational Changes in People & Culture Department
Kim Johansen International Transport is restructuring its People & Culture function in Denmark and on a group level.
The department in Denmark will close during the coming months, and the tasks will be transferred to our service centre in Estonia under the leadership of Managing Director Nele Nerut.
This change reflects our commitment to building a structure better suited to the complexity of international driver recruitment and to strengthening the connection with our existing driver planning team in Estonia.
We will be saying goodbye to several valued colleagues in Denmark, including member of executive management Lena Camilla Nielsen, who has led the People & Culture department on Group Level for the last 3,5 years. We are deeply grateful for the Danish teams dedication and wish them all the best in their future careers.
